Refund policy
Miss Priss welcomes returns for exchanges (if available) or store credit only on new, regularly priced merchandise with receipt within 14 days of purchase.
- We are only able to accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days from purchase.
- You can take the item to your local post office and pay for the item to be shipped back to us. You can ship it to Miss Priss Clothing Boutique, PO Box 22, Woodland Park, CO 80863. Once we receive the item we will pay for shipping back to you for any exchanged items or new items purchased with store credit.
- If you need to return an item, please contact us by emailing missprissofco@gmail.com. Please include, your name, order number, and any other information pertaining to the return.
- Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
Please keep in mind that all of out products are stocked in limited quantities. We suggest that you read all item descriptions including the washing instructions.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 5 DAYS of delivery.
